Russia’s Rosneft to re-challenge EU sanctions

Rosneft, a Russian owned oil and gas company, has reopened a legal challenge against EU sanctions affecting it (sanctions imposed in July 2014). It is reported that the company will argue (inter alia) that the EU had not provided significant grounds for imposing sanctions on it as punishment for Russia’s actions in undermining the territorial sovereignty and independence of Ukraine....
