Russia renews agriculture counter-sanctions

Russia has renewed its counter-sanctions against several of the countries that have targeted it with sanctions, until 31 December 2018. The counter-sanctions prohibit the export to Russia of most agricultural produce, raw materials, and foodstuffs from the sanctioned countries. The EU renewed its sectoral sanctions on Russia last week (see previous blog). President Putin’s executive order renewing the sanctions is here.
