OFAC adds names to US Russia sanctions & new General Licence 10

OFAC has designated 37 new people and entities under its Russia sanctions, and has identified a number of subsidiaries of previously sanctioned Russian companies it has added in order to assist the private sector with sanctions compliance (details here). Among those added are 7 entities said to be involved in the construction of the Kerch Bridge, between Russia and Crimea.

OFAC has also published Ukraine General Licence 10, which until 1 October 2016 authorises certain transactions necessary to divest or transfer to a non-US person holdings in newly listed entity PJSC Mostotrest.
