EU adds 2 to ISIL & Al-Qaida sanctions

The EU has listed two new people under its sanctions on ISIL & Al-Qaida, implementing their listings by the UN earlier this month. They are Aslan Byutukaev and Ayrat Vakhitov, both Russian nationals listed by the UN for “participating in the financing, planning, facilitating, preparing, or perpetrating of acts” for Al-Qaida.
