British man de-listed under UK terrorism sanctions

The UK has allowed Parviz Khan’s designation to expire under the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act 2010, ending the asset freeze against him. Khan, a British citizen, was sentenced to life imprisonment in February 2008 for plotting to kidnap and behead a British soldier and sending equipment to terrorists in Pakistan.
