Commons EU Committee clears North Korea sanctions & criticises Minister

The House of Commons EU Scrutiny Committee has cleared the EU’s strengthened sanctions on North Korea from scrutiny (see previous blog). The Committee again criticised the Europe Minister in relation to the confidential markings on EU documents and for taking Commons’ scrutiny less seriously than that of the House of Lords on that issue.
