EU implements UN Al-Qaida emir listing

The EU has added Nayef Al-Hababi to its counter terrorism sanctions. He was listed by the UN at the end of March for being the Al-Qaida emir for the eastern zone of Afghanistan and having led an Al-Qaida battalion in Afghanistan since at least mid-2010.
