The UK’s Export Control Organisation has updated and amended 23 of its Open General Export Licences (OGEL), covering the export of military and dual-use goods generally and to specific jurisdictions and permanently revoked the “International Non-Proliferation Regime Decontrols: Military Items” OGEL.
