EU extends sanctions in view of the situation in Ukraine

On 13 March 2015, the EU Council announced that is has extended its sanctions regime in view of the situation in Ukraine for a further six months until 15 September 2015. The sanctions target “action against Ukraine’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and independence”.
