EU eases travel ban on president Mugabe

On 4 February 2015, European Union spokesperson Catherine Ray announced that the EU was easing its travel ban on Zimbabwe’s President, Robert Mugabe. The ban on travelling to the EU will be lifted whenever Mr Mugabe “is travelling under his African Union chairmanship capacity”.
