Singaporean authorities are reported to have arrested the SEVASTAPOL, a Russian-flagged vessel owned by Gudzon Shipping Co LLC, which was listed by the USA in 2018 for its involvement in ship-to-ship transfers of refined petroleum products with North Korean-flagged vessels, in breach of UN sanctions (see post).
