Amended EU designation reasons for 17 Russia listings

The EU Council has published a notice  saying it is considering maintaining sanctions against 17 Russians designated under Council Regulation (EU) 269/2014 and Council Decision 2014/145/CFSP for actions in Ukraine, with a new statement of reasons. A request to obtain the intended statement of reasons must be submitted to the Council before 14 June 2019....
